Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home page for CMS that provides you with customizable, pertinent information, immediately so that you see everything you need to see immediately.

Standard Dashboards consist of two tabs, My Dashboard and Analysis.

My Dashboard has four panels:

My Work Orders (WO’s)– WO’s that are Assigned to logged in user with an Active or Pending standardized status, displaying the Description, Location, Category, Status and Created (Date & Time).  Also displays Total Number of WOs & page information.  The pencil icon allows you to open the WO for viewing and editing the full WO. 

Notes - Is an electronic bulletin board which can be seen by everyone that has access to your CMS. 

Pending Work Orders – WO’s that have a standardized status of Pending.  *Note: these WO’s can be assigned. 

My Reports – List of favorite reports, in alphabetical order, chosen by logged in user.  Name of report becomes a link to open the Report Viewer. 

Analysis has three panels:

Work Orders By Assignment – Lists all Users with a count of Active & Pending Work Orders assigned to them.  WOs are broken down by standardized categories, Scheduled, Unscheduled and Uncategorized, with a grand Total. Icon next to name can be clicked to expand the user to view all the WOs assigned to them. *Note: This panel can also be modified to include a trade filter.

Unscheduled Work Orders – Displays the count of Active & Pending standardized Unscheduled WOs created according to the date created:

Less than 7 Days Old

8-14 Days Old

15-28 days old

More Than 28 days old.

Scheduled Work Orders – Displays the count of Active & Pending standardized Scheduled WOs created according to the date created:

Less than 7 Days Old

8-14 Days Old

15-28 days old

More Than 28 days old.

Adding a trade filter to Pending and Work Order by Assignment panels can be accomplished by changing the setting in the Admin Console>Facility Settings Configuration>Facility Configuration Page on the “Dashboard” tab: “Apply Trade Filter to Pending & WO by Assignment”. When the box for “Apply Trade Filter to Pending & WO by Assignment” is checked and the user has a trade or trades assigned in their user page, the trade filter will be applied within the panel and users can filter items by different trades.

* Note that the Pending Work Order Panel shows work orders of the filtered trade, it does not consider the trade of any users assigned.
