This tutorial will show you the steps on how to use FSI Inbox, our new Mobile Work Order Completion solution.
You will use your CMS log in credentials, log into Inbox.
The first screen you will enter in your Site Code and press Next.
On the next screen, you will inter in your User Name and Password.
Located at the bottom of the Account Info screen is the Message Center. This will contain important CMS Announcements that you need to know.
The first time you log in, you will see a pop up “FSI Inbox” Would like to Send You Notification. Click Allow if you want to receive notifications of New WOs assigned to you.
This can be changed in the Settings of the device if there is a need to change.
Click Log In.
You will now see your Inbox dashboard, Searches.
There are 2 Standard searches:
- All of My Work Orders: All Work Orders assigned to the logged in user with an Active and/or Pending Status.
- All Pending Work Orders: Pending Work Orders are all Work Orders that have a pending status across all segments the user has access to.
Below are listed the Segments the User has access to with the amount of Work Orders they have assigned to them.
The star icon indicates the Default Segment of the User.
Clicking the open icon > next to “All of My Work Orders” opens to all WOs assigned to User.
Clicking the open icon > next to the Segment expands to display searches for that location; “My Work Orders” and “Pending Work Orders.
To logout you must be on the Searches/Dashboard page, click the then click log out.
*Remember, Inbox is designed like your Email Inbox, sorted by date, with the most current new and updated WOs listed at the top.
Upon clicking on section to work in opens up the list of WOs.
Search Screen Icon Definitions
Returns you to the Searches/Dashboard.
Opens up CMS Tech to create a New WO.
Title of the search being viewed.
Name of current Segment along with the number of WOs.
Search field *Ability to search by WO# or keyword
Barcode scanner. *Upon clicking the first time you will need to allow camera access.
Indicates which Segment the WO is from when in the “All of My Work Orders” and “All Pending Work Orders” searches.
Location of the Work Order.
Active WO Status
Pending WO Status
Priority icon.
Filter icon.

Procedure Readings/Asset Status of the PM. *Icon color changes next to Reading & Asset linked to the following:
- Red: Nothing has been entered
- Yellow: Some of the Readings have been completed.
- Green: All Readings have been completed.
Completing Work Order
All fields indicated in Red must be completed, fill in as needed.
If applicable, complete PM Readings by clicking the
