PROCEDURE CONFIGURATION: PROCEDURE GROUPS

Allows you to create a Procedure Group where you can attach multiple Procedures which will have all Procedures on 1 WO. For example, if you have 1 Technician that checks Fire Extinguishers and Exit Lights you can create a Procedure Group and add these 2 PMs on it. When PM generates it will have all Exit Lights and All Fire Extinguishers (separated by Procedure) along with assets in that location on 1 WO. This tutorial will show you how to add a set up and use Procedure Grouping.

In the Admin Console under Procedures click on Procedure Groups.

To create a new group click the icon in the tool bar  Name your Procedure Group and submit.

**Please note that the description must be under 250 characters.

Set Procedure

This setting can be set on a Procedure so that all future schedules created will be set up with the Procedure Grouping.

Set Group Assets to YES which will activate the Procedure Group dropdown, click the dropdown and select the Group.

 

Set Procedure Schedules

For Procedure Schedules already set up; go to Procedure Schedules. Perform search for the Schedules you want to add to the Procedure Group.

Place check marks in the check boxes and click the Mass Edit icon .  Under Schedule Parameters - select Yes next to Group Assets; this will activate the Procedure Group dropdown selector.  Select the Procedure Group.  

Once you have set the Procedure Group and save.

You can display the Procedure Group column to see the Procedure Schedules that are grouped by adding Procedure Group to your view.

**Location Schedules cannot be grouped; you will not be able to include Location Schedules in a Procedure Group.

PM Work Order Generated

When the PM generates the title of the Procedure Group will be the description, the multiple Procedures will be in the Procedure Panel along with all the assets included in the grouping.

**CMS must automatically generate these PMs as Grouping only occurs when system generated.

 Example Generated PM Work Order:

• Work Order Description is the Procedure Group Name
• Procedures Panel displaying 3 Procedures

• Assets Panel listing all Assets scheduled with in the Procedure Group

  

• Procedure screen listing assets with attached Procedure Readings to be completed.
