Standard Contract fields available to use on Contract records. .
*Note: Once edits have been made to Field Configuration, you must log out and back into CMS to see the changes.
Each field Name has the following options for that field:
- Label Text: How you want the field name to read.
- Field Type: is the predefined type of field; TextBox, Hierarchy, Company, Date, Calculated, or RichTextBox.
- Visible: is the field being displayed on an Contract record
- Create: makes the field mandatory to be filled in. Fields will be highlighted in red and the Contract cannot be saved until all fields have been completed.
- Complete: Record will not be able to be saved if mandatory fields are not filled in. This occurs when the Field Configuration has changed and a record has been opened and now has other mandatory fields that are required to be entered.
- Levels: If there are hierarchy set up for the field name required levels of the hierarchy can be set that the user will need to set on a Contract. F
The is in the bottom right corner of the page. Once settings and/or changes have been made and saved, log out and log in is required to see the changes within CMS.
