For example:
   
- Yellow – A friendly reminder that the Needed By Date is approaching.
For example, monthly schedules will turn yellow 7 days prior to the due date, and weekly schedules 5 days prior.
 
- Red – The work order is past due and was not completed within the scheduled grace period or as requested.
