Transferring Work Orders

You can transfer one or multiple work orders from your current segment to another segment by clicking on the work order check boxes in the search results grid and then clicking on the  icon.

This will open the following Transfer window from which you can click on a link to transfer just your selections or all work orders in your search results. Clicking the Close button will cancel the operation.

You must enter information in the required fields for 'Facility' and 'Location' for the transfer as well as 'Notes' to enable the 'Verify Transfer' button. Once you have finished entering all information, select the Verify Transfer button to complete the transfer or the Cancel button to return to the search results page.
