The landing page is the central hub of work orders in CMS. From the landing page you can navigate through all areas of work order creation, searching, and editing.
The toolbar at the top of the landing page will allow you to access all areas of work orders. From left to right you will find saved searches, saved views, filtering, refreshing data, search, adding new work orders, quick printing, schedule calendar, adding schedule, exporting, transferring, mass editing and deleting work orders.
The first button on the left, , is the Saved Search button. This button allows you to open, edit, and save new work order searches.
The next button to the right, , is the Saved View button. This button allows you to open, edit, and save new work order search views that contain the filtering and sorting that you wish to use on a regular basis to view searches.
The adjoining button, opens the current Saved View Editing selected for editing.
The button opens the search results filtering page to allow you to manipulate what data shows up in the search results for your searches.
The icon is a button to Refresh the data in the search results grid.
The is the Search button.
The is the Create new work order button.
The is the Quick Print button. This action allows you to print reports of your search results or selected work orders.
The is the Work Order Scheduling button. This button opens a calendar and allows the user to click and drag work orders to a technician’s schedule.
The is the Mass Work Order Scheduling button. This allows a user to assign multiple work orders to be scheduled to a technician.
The is the Export button. This button exports the current search results to an excel file.
The is the Transfer button. You can transfer selected work orders between segments (if option is set up for your facility) with this function.
The is the work order Mass Edit button. You can edit multiple work orders at the same time with this function.
The is the work order Delete button. You can delete one or several selected work orders with this function.
