Assign Users to Zones
Zone Assignments are set up in the Admin Console > Automation >Zone Assignment
Upon clicking "Zone Assignment" landing page will open.
Here you will see the configured list of zones listed on the right side of the screen and the list of users that can be assigned on the left side of the screen. To add a user to the zone, drag and drop the user by grabbing the handle on the left side of the user’s name and dropping it over onto the Zone you want them assigned to. When the location becomes outlined click the mouse to confirm and release the user into the Zone.
To help narrow the options, you can filter and search in both the users and the zones in order to more easily find the combinations you want to build. All users assigned to a particular zone will then get assigned to work orders automatically when the work order matches the configured zone setup changes to be made.
When you are finished making changes to the assignments for zones, make sure to click the Save button to save all changes made to your Zone Assignments.
