Non-SSO users
When the page loads, users will now see this first screen, regardless of which application they have navigated to.
Enter a site code, then click the “Next” button.
The following screen will then load to input the login credentials.
On this second screen there are options for resetting the password, help with a username, and remembering the user for subsequent logins. If the Rem ember Me option is selected, the application will remember the site code and username that was last used to login, therefore cutting out the first screen the next time. Users can click the back arrow to the left of the site code on this second screen to be taken back to the first window to change the site code if needed.
* It is recommended if using CMS on a public computer that the Remember Me option is not selected.
When the user clicks on the Login button with valid credentials entered, they will be taken to the application.
SSO
SSO (Single Sign-On) ~ The CMS Single Sign-On (SSO) Interface provides an interface to an alternative login process using the customers’ network credentials instead of the CMS Username and Password. FSI’s SSO solution is compatible with Identity Providers that do not use a SAML Federation.
SSO Users
When the page loads, users will now see this first screen, regardless of which application they have navigated to.
SSO users can click on the SSO option on this screen and will then be taken to their organization’s SSO login where they will enter their credentials and then be taken straight to the application.
When logging out of an application, the following screen will now appear for all users to verify you have been logged out. Clicking on the here link will take you back to the login screen.
