How-To Change & Reset Password
This tutorial will show you 3 different ways on how to change and reset passwords.
From Log-In Screen
* Note: to use this feature your email address must be listed on your User Detail page in CMS.
On the Log-In Screen after you have entered your Site Code there is a link “Forgot your username or password”, which when clicked will prompt you to enter in your email address.
Click the link you need (Username or Password)
or
Enter your email Username for Password and click You will receive a confirmation that email has been sent
.
If your email address is listed on your User Detail Page, you will receive email which will show your username:

Change Password while logged into CMS
While logged in to CMS click on your name in upper right corner to open your User Profile and click Change Password in the Summary panel.
On pop up screen enter Current Password, New Password and Confirmation New Password and click Update Password.

*Note: You must have access to the Admin Console > User Management > Users to perform this change.
First login to you CMS page and click the “App Selector” button at the top, right corner of the screen and open the Admin Console
, this will open the Home page of the Admin Console.
Next, under the User Management group, click the “Users” option.
Click pencil next to User’s name to open the Edit User page.
Scroll down the page to the “Reset Actions” panel on the right side and click Reset Password.
All password resets will immediately reset the User’s password and will not be able to log in without using the new password.
