CMS Online Navigation

Below is the menu header bar you see when logging into CMS.

First is your organization logo.  In the middle next to the location icon indicates the Segment (organization/department) that you are currently in.  Some organizations have multiple locations and are in CMS by segment.  If you have access to more than one segment you can click this icon to switch between the different segments you have access to.

The first icon on the right side of the tool bar is the “App Selector/Waffle Button”  which allows you to navigate between all the CMS applications you have access to through your facility. When you click this button, a small window will open with the icons for the applications you have.

The Bell Icon opens the Background Job Status window. 

The Gear icon     takes you to Dashboard Administration module. 

The Support icon opens window with how to connect with Support.  

The User Name icon opens a window with the option to Sign Out, go to My Profile, From here you can set your user’s availability, contact information, Facilities you have access to, as well as change your password and sign out.

The Navigation Menu on the left provides access to various CMS Modules that you have access to.  At the bottom of the Navigation Menu there is an arrow icon , which allows you to collapse or expand the menu.

You can access each module by clicking on the menu button  at the top left of the page. The navigation menu will drop down, and you can select the module you would like to use from there. You can get the dropdown menu to always remain open on the left side of your screen by clicking the pin button.

Next to your organization logo you will see the location icon       this indicates the Segment (organization) that you are currently in.
