Indicates when a Work Order should be completed before another depending on the severity of the request. An organization can have as many priorities as they need.
To create a new Priority, click the icon.
- Description: the name of the Priority; can be of the organization’s choosing.
- Foreground Color: Optional Font Color (displays in Tech only)
- Background Color: Optional Background Color (displays in Tech only)
- Max Response: The number of days, hours and minutes to respond to a request.
- Max Complete: The number of days, hours and minutes to complete a request.
- Visible: Priority is visible to be used when creating WOs.
*If a priority is no longer to be used, deselect the Visible option. It is advised to leave Searchable selected in case there is a need to search by this status later.
- Searchable: Priority is only visible to be used when Searching WOs.
Once a Priority has been created it will appear in the list with a to edit.
To export the list of Priorities currently in your system, click the icon.
