WO Configuration ~ Assignment Email Config

Ability to send an email or page to Assignee from the WO.  Assignment Email will enter predetermined information from the WO to be sent to Assignee(s) from the Assignments panel on a WO.  Assignment Email Config is separate from Email Response.  Users will also have the capability to add additional information if needed.  They do not automatically generate. 

Use Default Email Address:  Sets the “Default Email From” address on emails. 

• Email Subject:  Subject of the email.  Work Order Fields are available to use to auto populate from the WO.  For Example, Work Order – {WONumber} will populate the WO number.
• Email Content: The body of the email.  Work Order Fields are available to use to auto populate from the WO.  For Example, WO:{WONumber}, Desc: {WODesc}, Requestor: {ReqName}, {ReqComments}
• Pager Content: The body of the email.  Work Order Fields are available to use to auto populate from the WO.  For Example, WO:{WONumber} Desc: {WODesc} Requestor: {ReqName}  {ReqComments}
